Marketing consultant Hannah Russell's children

Hello! I’m Hannah, the owner of Mini and Mighty. I am passionate about helping small businesses with their marketing, focusing on copywriting, website development and marketing strategy/planning.

I have a BA (Hons) in marketing and over 16 years of experience. I worked in central London for 10 years for a range of professional services firms. I now focus on working with small businesses and use the skills and experience I have learnt to help them achieve success with their marketing.

I am also wife to one and mother to three little monkeys.

My story

The idea for Mini and Mighty came about after my eldest was born and I was nearing the end of my maternity leave with him back in 2015. I couldn’t see how continuing to commute into central London would work for me and I wanted more. More flexibility, more options with how to manage my time, as well as more time with my son whilst he was young.

So, I bit the bullet, made Mini and Mighty a reality - and here we are.

Since 2015, a lot has happened. I moved from Wimbledon, London to near Guildford, Surrey. I took on a full house renovation and had another two children. During this time, I have also had the pleasure of working with the most amazing clients, including interior designers, a consultant plastic surgeon, artists, photographers and businesses working in complementary/alternative medicine. I have also taken on copywriting projects for corporate clients including law firms, finance firms and organisations in the property and tourism industries.

Now

With all the upheaval and uncertainty 2020 has bought, it has also given me the opportunity to look at Mini and Mighty through fresh eyes. I finally have more time to be proactive and have refocused by making the decision to specialise in copy, websites and marketing strategy and planning . My main focus is helping busy mums and dads setting up or growing small businesses whilst also managing family life.

Professional background

I have a BA (Hons) in Marketing and a professional services background. I worked in London for 10 years for a law firm, management consultancy and accountancy practice in marketing, communications and business development. During this time I managed a total rebrand of a business, went out to Dubai on a secondment, achieved a promotion and won internal awards for my marketing. My professional services background has set me up well as a marketing consultant - I have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic and I know how to get key messages across.

I now have over 16 years’ experience in marketing and I love to share this knowledge. I am also a huge people pleaser! Happy clients are my benchmark of success. But don’t just take my word for it, get in touch and you can see for yourself.
